Visit the help centerTuriPay uses authenticated account sessions and additional verification for sensitive actions. The native app stores session credentials using the device’s secure Keychain. Keep your device software updated and protect your sign-in details.
Sensitive card detail access uses short-lived provider-hosted sessions and recent additional authentication. TuriPay’s customer backend is designed not to store or expose raw card numbers or card security codes.
Wallet movements and order progress are tracked separately. Provider confirmations and reconciliation help the platform distinguish a payment being requested from a service actually being fulfilled.
Review recipients, card activity, and network details carefully. Never share a password, one-time code, or recovery information. If an activity looks unfamiliar, use in-app support and freeze the relevant card where that control is available.
