Refund and Cancellation Policy

How cancellations, failed purchases, refunds, and balance corrections are handled.

Turi Ventures LLCVersion 1.0

This policy sets required company standards. A product may be offered only when its applicable controls and provider arrangements are in place. It does not replace product-specific agreements or mandatory legal rights.

Scope and governing rights

This policy covers cancellation and refund requests for TuriPay services offered by Turi Ventures LLC or facilitated through providers. Product terms and mandatory law determine eligibility. Nothing here removes statutory cancellation, error-resolution, or unauthorized-payment rights. A provider’s commercial “non-refundable” label must not be used to deny a remedy required by law.

Before confirming a purchase

Customers must be shown the product, amount, currency, relevant fees, delivery or activation terms, and material cancellation restrictions before confirmation. Review the destination, recipient, redemption country, network, and device requirements carefully. If a required quote expires, the updated terms must be reviewed before the purchase continues.

Failed, pending, and duplicate orders

An order reported as pending or unconfirmed must be reconciled before it is treated as failed or purchased again. A reserved amount for an unfulfilled order must be released or corrected when the final outcome supports doing so. Duplicate debits or charges for a service not supplied require investigation and an appropriate correction. A delayed provider response must not be presented as a completed refund.

Product-specific considerations

An unused eSIM or undelivered digital item may have different cancellation options from an activated plan or a redeemed gift card. Delivered airtime, data top-ups, and certain digital goods may be irreversible. Travel bookings, if offered, follow the disclosed fare or supplier conditions. Card issuance charges and account fees require product-specific disclosure. These distinctions do not override an applicable right concerning defects, misdescription, failed delivery, or unauthorized activity.

Transfers and digital asset deposits

A completed bank or blockchain transfer may not be reversible. The company may coordinate an eligible cancellation or recovery request but must not guarantee recovery. Any legally applicable remittance cancellation or error right must be honored by the responsible provider. Wrong-network or wrong-address deposits require case-specific review; recovery is not assured and any lawful recovery charge must be disclosed before approval.

Refund method, timing, and fees

Where approved, a refund should ordinarily return through the original payment route or another verified, lawful route supported by the product. Status and expected timing must be communicated based on confirmed information. Processing, network, and intermediary times can differ; no universal refund period is promised. Any retained fee must have a disclosed and lawful basis. Blocked funds cannot be released merely by classifying the action as a refund.

Requests and escalation

Contact support@turipay.com with the subject “Refund request,” your order or transaction reference, date, amount, and the issue. Do not send full card or identity details. State whether a merchant, issuer, or provider has already issued a credit. If you disagree with the outcome, use the Complaints Policy. Cardholder dispute rights are described separately in the Chargeback Policy.
